Top New Weight Loss Tactics, Combined!
The Dirt
Every year I promise myself, and my husband, that this is the year I kick those last few college pounds. Never mind that college was over ten years ago for me!
This year I decided to do something a little more drastic. I searched for the top weight loss programs, having the biggest results and fastest weight loss. I also made sure that none of the methods I combined had anything in common to hedge my bets.
The one downfall to combining these multiple weight loss methods is that I will not know right away if it is just one or both of the methods working, eventually I will stop using them one at a time to see if one method is to thank or if it really is both of them working together to get me to where I am now.
Luckily, even combining these 2 methods, it does NOT cost a fortune. This was important to me because we are saving to start a family and SO close to being done with our damned student loan debt!
I would like tell you the two top weight loss methods I found through research and describe how they work in plain English so you can decide if one or all of them are worth your time.
Don’t let the name fool you, I do not feel like a princess after one of these workouts. The Cinderella Solution is the only physical activity change I have made in the last two months to lose weight. I have used lots of work out plans so I will let you decide if it works for you but I would put it up with some gym and dance classes I have taken before. The biggest help from the Cinderella Solution was their plan to “pair” different carbs, I cannot quit carbs, gluten free, keto, paleo, all of those almost killed me with how hungry I was missing carbs! With the Cinderella Solution I learned to put my meals together in a way that not only made it easier to digest (more on my tummy troubles later) but tricked my body into thinking I was full for much longer than I normally stay. I applied these rules to my snacks and was able to shrink those down too.
2. Leptitox
This supplement really helped me get a grip on my PCOS symptoms. Though I am sure everyone is different I actually felt a “click” a few days in, my hormones feel way more balanced and aside from the obvious weight loss my hormonal acne has cleared up almost completely. My monthly cramps also dropped to a far more manageable level, I am no longer popping pamprin and can usually get through it now with just a little stretching and walking. It could be the green juice but I think the Lepitox is to thank for killing my sweet tooth too, well mostly anyway.
